Who are you, WW ?
I'm a salesman at heart, with a 30-year passion for passing on best practices in sales, negotiation and sales force management. I'm a persuasive communicator who breathes new life into sales teams by implementing the key success factors for sales performance: the right management style, the most effective methods, the tools that help you succeed, and high-quality, relevant and profitable training. I have a good or bad habit of challenging conventional wisdom: 'why' and 'how' are my two favorite questions....
Where do you come from, WW ?
I've had several lives, all related to sales and sales training.
⦁ I sold luxury yachts for Guy Couach Yachts, in Cannes, the U.K., and the Arabian Gulf, for 5 years.
⦁ I was a sales trainer at Mercuri International and Intop Training for 5 and 2 years for multiple B2B sectors (sales of machinery, products and services)
⦁ I managed marketing and sales at bioMérieux Suisse (biotechnology, in vitro diagnostics) for 10 years
⦁ I spent a year at Société Générale bank to perfect my knowledge of finance,
⦁ I managed bioMérieux International's sales training for another 10 years, for 30 countries and 1,500 sales people (audits and development of sales processes and skills, training engineering, face-to-face courses, distance learning, e-learning, and personalized coaching)
⦁ to return, in 2022, to what makes sense to you and to me: developing the sales, negotiation and management skills of salespeople to make motivated individuals and the companies that employ them successful.

⦁ Sell and negotiate "solutions", at different decision-making levels, especially in complex sales.
⦁ Manage sales opportunities using the right indicators, the right tools and the right method
⦁ Implement the process and tools for managing a portfolio of customers, key accounts and distributors
⦁ Effectively lead and direct the activities of a sales force in the field (planning and coaching)
⦁ Transform managers' and salespeople's dashboards and CRMs into motivating, relevant and useful tools, by revisiting the relevance of the input flow, indicators that are truly necessary and in line with the real factors influencing sales results.
⦁ Develop salespeople's motivation and sales skills to sell more and better "with integrity".
⦁ Run face-to-face courses and conferences in French and English (see WW face-to-face courses).
⦁ Manage a sales excellence training academy for multiple countries and hundreds of sales people
⦁ Design and create e-learning courses in 10, 20 or 40 languages if required (see WW e-learning)
⦁ Design, code and implement customized e-learning modules for companies that want to train their sales reps and distributors online (find out more), and set up on SCORM-compliant LMSs (the company's own or a dedicated, customized space on WWINDER Sales Consulting's LMS)
