These Terms of Use (“Terms”, “EULA”) govern access to and use of the Nego-Dojo negotiation training web application (“App”), operated by WWINDER Sales Consulting Sàrl (“WWINDER”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Nego-Dojo — Terms of Use (EULA)

1. Definitions
App: the Nego-Dojo web application and its content (videos, texts, quizzes, simulations/katas).
Account: user identity used to access paid chapters after purchase.
Content: all educational material provided within the App.
2. License & Access
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App for personal or internal business training purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms.
The first three chapters are free. Full access is available after a one-time purchase (see “Fees” below).
3. Usage Restrictions
No copying, recording, downloading, scraping or redistributing the lessons, videos, quizzes or katas.
No sharing of credentials or sublicensing access to third parties.
No reverse engineering, interfering with DRM or security features, or automated bulk access.
No unlawful, defamatory, infringing or harmful use of the App.
4. Intellectual Property
The App and all Content are owned by WWINDER or its licensors and protected by applicable laws. Except for the limited license above, no rights are transferred to you. Trademarks, logos and service marks remain the property of their respective owners.
5. Fees, Payments & Refunds
Full access is offered against a one-time fee of 59 CHF, processed via Stripe. Prices may change prospectively. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
Unless required by mandatory law, purchases are non-refundable once the full access is granted. If you believe a payment was made in error, contact us at win@wwinder.com.
6. Accounts & Security
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your Account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate access in case of breach.
7. Availability & Changes
We aim for a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, modify, or discontinue features to improve security, performance, or content.
8. Third-Party Services
The App may integrate third-party services (e.g., Stripe). Those services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party failures or policies.
9. Privacy
Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the App you acknowledge that policy.
10. Disclaimers
The App and Content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Training outcomes depend on user practice and real-world context.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WWINDER shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profits, data or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with the App or these Terms. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for full access during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold WWINDER harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the App or breach of these Terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms or misuse the App. Upon termination, your license ends and you must stop using the App.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Geneva, Switzerland.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply upon posting. If a change materially affects your rights, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
