  8. Framing and Presenting Your Trade-Offs — First offer rules, structured concessions, time and silence.
  9. Responding to Aggressive Tactics — Flinch, Nibble, Decoy, Cherry Picking, Limited Budget, Good Cop/Bad Cop… and counter-moves.

You can transfer your license to any device and browser using the “Transfer license” at the bottom of the chapter list; your chapters and progress will be restored on the new device.
